Report on the Southeast Texas Steel Guitar Club/Jam/

Sunday we our meeting and we had Dale Thomas come by for his annual visit. Dale was our featured player and he did a great job on his Rains D-10 and vocals. Everyone was dazzled by his Travis picking that he is so good at. Also had Craig Schmidt on his Emmons D-10, Doug Elverud on his Sierra D-10, rhythm guitar and vocals. Jim Saunders on a Mullen G2, D-10, David Hubenak on Mullen G2, D-10, Billy Phelps on bass, lead guitar, a Carter S10 and vocals. Patty Phelps on keyboards and bass and she tried her hand at drums. Not bad!
Also on bass was the host church pastor on upright bass. Sonny Rice.

Patty had a bunch of snack treats. Thanks to all.
