I have a Sho-Bud Pro II Pedal Steel. The tone pick-up switch for the E9th neck makes static noise and shuts off the sound when I shift it to the other position. When I feel the wires underneath the steel, they don't seem to be loose. It works fine if I leave the switch in the one position and don't touch or shift it. I think I may need to replace it. Question: Can anyone tell me where to find or buy a tone switch for the PRO II and exactly what type, model, voltage and other specifics I should look for when buying a switch? I've never replaced a switch before but have used a sodder iron to repair guitar patch chords several times. I'm hoping I can fix this myself. I appreciate any advice. Thanks for any tips.
