Anyone know where to get them? It's a 5 pin connector with only the outer 2 pins used on either end.

| I don't think you can get those pins out once they snap in. But I found some on Ebay which I ordered. There's more if anybodies interested. |

Bill, the problem is not separating a male from female connector. It's the female connector itself (shown in the pic already separated from the male counterpart under the chasis) and the pins within it. Once those pins are snapped in they don't pull out again. Need a new connector and new pins to solder the cable wire from reverb tank after the damaged wire ends have been clipped off. |

| Steven, the metal pins, (both male, and female), are held into the plastic connectors with small barbs that fit into a step in the plastic. The proper tool is a round tube, but a small pick can collapse the barbs. If nothing else, cut a bobby pin, and it will work. To reinstall the pin, slightly expand the barb, and install. |

There are tools made to insert or extract the contacts in the Molex connectors.
Most large electronic suppliers should have them. |

When replacing the Molex pins/sockets, you'll be a LOT better off by using the GOLD-plated contacts--they're more expensive, but MUCH more reliable. Available from Mouser. Good tip on the extraction tool!!
