Here's my C6th arrangement of a cool, moody, minor key tune by the English Gypsy jazz guitarist Robin Nolan. Robin's one of my favorites in this style because his playing is based around great taste, timing and feel, rather than the fretboard pyrotechnics that are the stock and trade of so many post-Django Gypsy jazz players.

Nice one Andy. I shall certainly be having a go at this one. Has also made me look at more of Robin Nolan's music. Thanks.

Robin is a terrific player and educator. He does a lot to keep Gypsy jazz fresh and interesting and accessible and alive as a genre.

Manior works beautifully on steel. There's an arrangement in D6th in my Open D book.
