There's lot's of Bigsbys offered at $15K and many amazing unique examples that appear above that price, but they are pretty well mothballed and many are in need of conservation. This seems like a fair and realistic price for an instrument meant to return to circulation. It's probably the most serviceable/playable Bigsby offered at this price in the last 10 years. I paid $10K for the other one Dick restored around the same time he was making Bethel (?) steels in the 90s. As far as I know, Ben Jack never traded in Bigsbys; he got them and we never saw them again. It's sad that he's not with us now, but it's exciting to see these available on the internet for the first time.
