I can't believe this is still for sale, especially @ 15 bucks shipped. I believe it's ballpark $35 new. Andy did an amazing job here. I pull mine off the shelf every couple months to revisit a chapter or two.
Every lap/non-pedal steel player should have a copy!

You're absolutely correct , Mark.
I've had one for sale for months on the SGF. Nobody touches it. Everybody must have one or they're broke.
