I'm not a buyer, but could someone please clarify what, in pic #6, appears to be two separate knee levers connected to the same shaft?

its not on same crosshaft the flag is partly covering the reverser up just ike my rp if the lever and flag were in the straight up position it would reveal the whole reverser assembly the up lever is on a different crosshaft
