Over the past 3-4 weeks I've become aware of 2 issues where I wondered "What the heck was I thinking?" when they were discovered. While I won't go into details, there has arisen a medical issue at home that has demanded my attention and caused a distraction in my thinking at work. If you have received anything from me during the last month or so- a part that I made, a guitar that I've sold or worked on for you, etc. that made you think the same "What the heck was he thinking?"- please let me know and I'll make it right- whatever it takes.

I can't imagine a soul in whom I've got more confidence than you, Jim.
I'm sorry that you've got life stuff happening that has caused anyone else or you yourself to question your maintenance of integrity.
Hope things get good.

Thanks for the support however I am truly not wanting "attaboy's"- we all have life events happen- just want to do the right thing by my customers.

For what it's worth I just contacted Jim today with a question, before seeing this thread. His reply came in less than 20 minutes and his response was most helpful. Add my name to those wishing him all the best!
