I'd suggest getting an 8 string and just dropping a string. More flexible for later experiments.

Still looking for a 7 string...
Anyone have an Epiphone Electar Zephyr, Gibson EH-150, Rickenbacker BD-7, National New Yorker 7, or something similar? Also looking into the Jerry Byrd Excel frypans...
Want a 7 string with greater string spacing/wider at the nut for slants in Jerry Byrd's diatonic. Thanks! |
