Need this boss crank that connects the reversing rod to the bell crank cross shaft. It's like the bell crank except it's heavier and doesn't have the openings in front of the barrel slots.
Yes, I can use a bell crank, pull bar is Carter terminology, but that's what was on there already and it broke. I think it needs to be closed on both sides of the bell crank holes. Anyway, I don't have a spare crank to rob.
I can rough it out of some material I have, but I'd sooner buy one from one of you guys. Let me know if you have something via PM please. Thanks.

Jerry, the later model "pull bars"(after 2002) are heavier, so they stopped using that other design. That said, I believe you can mount backward on the cross shaft and it will be strong enough. JS |

Thanks for the info John. I haven't done any work on a Carter til recently. The owner seems to think it's around a 95 or 6 yr. build, so perhaps the later part would be OK. JO. |
