Have a Nashville 112 I hook up guitar to vol pedal to profex to amp if I hook the line out to a pa does the speaker still have sound and the effects?

Its a ground loop hum. Could also be the XLR cable. If the XLR cable wiring has the ground wire connected on both ends that can occur. Clip (remove) the ground on one end and if the cable is the cause that will fix it.
