She is improving and her bar hands is getting smoother. Playing barefoot is tough and no picks is too. I can sure push pedals better with shoes on but to each his own, or in this case her own. Steel takes time to get to a level where you can feel good about it. She is on the way there.

Doing much better. She has made a vast improvement in keeping her bar straight, which improves intonation. She is also doing well moving around the neck. Improving all the time. Keep practicing!

Here's a BIAB backing track. You can download the track if she can use it.

Your daughter is doing a great job. I highly recommend that she starts working with rhythm tracks. You can go on YouTube and find hundreds of rhythm tracks. Reading tab is ok to the extent. She needs to hear and be able to play along with music. Learning timing playing along with different tempos will push her along to the next level. I am a ear player that learned to read music fifty years ago. I could not tell one note from another now. I can play what I hear. Smile Smile Smile Smile

Thank you, Her teacher told her to focus on Metronome for timing right now.

A metronome is a great way for sure. I have never used one. Rhythm tracks will help for sure. Both would be great. A little of each..
