This is a really smart, cool accessory for anyone recording vocals- ESPECIALLY in a less-than-ideal recording environment.
The original SE reflexion filter is far better built than the later cheap copies, 7 layers of absorptive and treatment materials do the trick… makes it sound like you recorded in a mega-expensive space, and can be tuned by moving the mic holder in and out of the filter. Works amazingly well, makes a huge, noticeable difference to recordings. I'm only not using it any more because of a new studio build with two new iso booths. Includes robust mounting hardware with all kinds of options… only requirement is a solid mic stand to hold it up! $225 shipped.

If you've been getting a small, boxy sound on your vocal tracks, this is the answer!
