My girlfriend passed away Wednesday evening with brai cancer. They want me to find a good steel song. I am try to find Buzz Evans or Terry Bethel’s version of “ When They Ring Those Golden Bells”. If not them then another really good version for her funeral. They are trying to get the music ASAP. Buzz does a wonderful “Special Angel” also. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’ll keep looking. Thanks

I am very sorry to hear this sad news, Larry. Thoughts and prayers to all.
There is email and phone contact info here on Terry's site. I believe Martha Randall handles inquiries for Terry Bethel Music and may be able to tell you if a recording of "When They Ring Those Golden Bells" is available and if so if she could get it to you in a hurry. Hope this helps.

Terrybethelmusic.com shows this on it's CD page, so I would assume it's still available...

Emmons recorded it under another title, "Sunday In Dixie", with Shot Jackson doing an interlude of "Just A Closer Walk With Thee", and Buddy closing with same.

I lost my daughter to cancer last month & in honor of her I played "Unforgettable" on an extended Leavitt tuning. Bill Stafford has the best version of the song I've heard.

Larry sorry to learn of the sad news, wishing you and the families peace.

Here is a song I wrote 3 years back for a very close friends service after he passed. Since then a few others have used it at memorial gatherings . Permission is granted .

It's called Paradise, Should you or anyone else find it appropriate, please feel free to use it.
