Nice. Always like people who are creating their own voice. Nice humor in the video, well played, good harmonic work and inspiring. Wish he had moved out of the endlessly repetitive vamp for a B part or at least shortened it up a bit. But well done.

Can you imagine Jerry Byrd getting a call for a Hendrix, Zep, or (fill-in-the-blank-prototype-metal-of-your-choice) session back in the sixties?

Can't help but wonder how he would have handled it.

Brilliant. Love it.
It wouldn’t have been Jerry Byrd getting the call from Hendrix. It would have been Rusty Young, and he would have nailed it, sounding kinda like the guy in the video.
