Just trying to find out what the value of this is or what is it. It says Fender Squire, but I can't find anything about it. Guitar Center didn't know anything about it and I can't find it on the internet. No serial number and no model number. No pick guard, and the body appears to be some type of composite material. Sounds good and plays good. The guy that had it passed and his wife gave it to me.

As opposed to the webpage advertisement, the guitar shown here has "the word "Squier" (sp.) on the headstock instead of "Fender" and has a dissimilar electronics module. Older model, or knockoff?

Actually, with the single cutaway, I believe it is a Telecoustic:

Either way, Fender or Squier, single or double cutaway, I hear that these are pretty twangy acoustic-electrics. No idea of current market value. I wouldn´t mind owning one, though. _________________ "For every expert, there is an equal and opposite expert." -- Arthur C. Clarke |

Thanks for that info. The one that was given to me is just like brand new but no label inside. |

I recall that these type of guitars sound a lot better amplified than acoustic.
Best Regards,

Thru my Session 2000 it sounds full and great! I have also run it thru a little 50 watt Yamaha Budokar and it sounds pretty good thru it. |

if it means anything, these are on EBay and Reverb often from $100 to $150 used. They have decent reviews. _________________ Emmons L-II , Fender Telecasters, B-Benders
