"One More Drink And Then I'll Go" is a duet by Justin Trevino and Johnny Bush. I seem to remember Herb Steiner saying Rick Price plays steel on this one. This is off Justin's 2005 CD "More Loud Music And Strong Wine" - 22 tunes of great Texas honky tonk and an encyclopedia of great steel licks by Jimmy Day, Scott Walls, Dicky Overbey, Rick Price, and Jim Loessberg. This is the good stuff, guys!
Here's a whack at the intro, a cool lick at 0:27, and the break at 1:15.
Questions and comments always welcome.

Great song pick Jeff.

I have to ask. What is the very first note '12EE'? I don't believe my pedal has that one (Stage One). I have '12E' though.

Hey Ken...I don't know if the Stage 1 has a half-stop on the second string.
12E would be a half-tone lower on string 2
12EE would be a full tone lower on string 2
You could also find these same notes on string 5, 12A and slide up one fret to 13A, then everything else stays the same on the tab
