John McClung just cued me in that Sierra Records, owned by John Delgado, is shutting its doors and will not be taking orders commencing August 1. So you need to order BEFORE August 1!

If you want to get that very rare Desert Rose Band "Life Goes Omn" CD, this is your last chance. It is their very best album in IMO and features not JayDee, but Tom Brumley playing is Austrialian built one of a kind Anapeg pedal steel. His tone is amazing as is the recording overall. Sam Bush kicks off the album with his great fiddle playing on the first track. Tony Rice plays on the album and Chris and Herb's harmonies have never been better.

Don't wait! Get it now or never.

There are also a bunch of Gram Parsons, Gene Clark and Clarence White offerings that are not available anywhere else. And last but not least, you can get a copy of Steel Guitar Suite on CD here. August 1 will be too late. You have 7 days, 6hours, 30 minutes from the time of this post. John Delgado put a count down clock on the website main page. I am so sad about this whole thing.

Thanks, John for that recommendation, I placed my order two days ago, but will order that one today as well.

I respect your taste. Hope your summer has been good, talk soon!

Let me know what you think of the DRB album Craig. Very clean recording as well.

Has anyone received their copy of Life Goes On yet?
I ordered it in July, along with Suite Steel. After a shipping delay, Suite Steel came in. I have enjoyed listening to that one.

Unfortunately, I got an incorrect disc instead of the DRB one mentioned. I have tried writing John a couple of times to get the correct disc, but haven't heard anything back.

Is John OK? Is there another way to get ahold of him?
Thanks all.

I just got my order a week ago and the Gene Clark CD I ordered was backordered, and the desert rose band CD wasn't there and got a CD I didn't order instead. I think he just threw it in and said the other would be shipped when he got more.

My DRB CD was on a separate order, so I'm hoping it will be coming shortly.

I would probably just be patient, I'll post if my remaining ones come through.
