Can someone show me a schematic on how I can wire a 3 way switch..
1 poisition to be off.
2nd position to turn on light bulb only.
3rd position to turn on motor only.
4th poison to turn both light bulb and motor at the same time.
IAm trying to assemble a 1930s-1940s animated hula girl vintage lamp.
I made a sketch of the way I think it would be but want to check with some of the SGF experts. Mahalo

| I don't know what switch you are using, or how much room you have, but a switch for an evaporative cooler would give you the options you need. (1 input, 3 connections out). |

This is the lamp I'm trying to put back together. One switch position turns on lamp only. Second position turns on lamp and dancing girl. third position turns on dancing girl only.

Search for Canopy Switch wiring on line and you should find a few wiring diagrams.
