I believe the OP is wondering if the changer is a triple raise/triple lower changer.

Yes, Zum Encores are Triple Raise/Triple Lower. They are a Pro spec guitar built using modern techniques that make them smaller and lighter without the loss of sound/mechanical quality - Hope that helps
