Friends, I have recently purchased a Derby D10 with nine knees and eight on the floor. The seller did not have a copedant for the steel. I know what the eight on the floor will do, but I need the copedant for the nine knee levers. It is a standard Emmons set up. I will surely appreciate this. |

Hi David,
Sorry to say, but there may not be a "standard" for all 9 knee levers. But you could figure it out, yourself.
You may know this, but I will chart it out:
G....G#...A....A#...B....C....C#...D....D#...E....F.... F#...G....G#...A....A#
Tune your guitar the way it should be, E9 and C6 (don't worry about tuning the pedals and levers).
Pluck the string affected by the knee lever in question. See if the note goes up or down. Compare it with another string (a lower one), match the original note and see how many frets it goes up or down. Match it with the chart and this way, you can figure it out yourself. If the lever is way off, you might just match its closest action with some pedal or lever you see on another copedent. Let us know what you get.......
