The solo and pretty much the whole song by John Hughey on Dickey 'Richard's Betts solo album 'Highway Call' on the song 'Hand Picked' which is misspelled on the Polydor CD as 'Hank Picked' _________________ Regards, Craig

Okay I'll play. But first, I can't help but notice that despite all the great stuff listed so far only one or maybe two songs were recorded anytime in the last 20 years...
Separate thread coming...
I guess I'm guilty too because these two are both from 1997, but they're the reason I got a steel.
Creosote from Son Volt - Eric Heywood playing a bit more traditionally than usual https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dIuXEt2OnM8
Left a Slide - Son Volt - Heywood again playing much less traditionally. This ACL live version has the steel way out front... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Za64md-Ax7E _________________ '81 Sho-bud LDG, 2 EMCI's |
