Lots of renditions of Silver Wings on pedal steel across the Internet. There are NONE out their any prettier than the arrangement William has put together for us on STEEL-IN Techniques............ Really encourage all pedal steel players (at any playing level) to take advantage of William’s weekly broadcasts. The Technique Exercises, imbedded in each of the weekly songs being taught, will forever tweet your playing skill level, far beyond what you can imagine.

I hate it when I have to work and get behind a week. I never seem to have enough time. I do love my practice sessions, though. It's my only chance to really disconnect from all of the BS going on. I usually go over the two previous lessons before my new one making for a nice long exercise. I really feel like I'm making progress! William's right, it just takes a lot of time in the seat.
