A buddy sent this link and asked what the round thing is mounted to the bottom of the guitar. Anyone have an idea?

Does it deliver an electric shock to the player if it detects too much repetition ?

I don't know what the round thing is but I like the dymo-labels on the C6 neck in the Ebay photo. Good way to learn while playing.
