Vinyl on case or carpet what do u prefer? Seems like Carpet would be more durable.

Carpet gets my vote. Doesn't show the scars as much. Cool

Vinyl (Tolex)

Stands up better in inclement weather (rain) and the cats don't use it for a scratching post!!!

Good plywood case spray flat black put good hard ware on it line with 1 inch of case foam. If u scratch it up get out the spay can.. I guess u could have it sprayed with pickup bed liner material. This gets my vote my case has spent a life time under the bed.

I like the faux leather covering Thomas puts on their cases. It looks like tooled leather, very nice. Very Happy

I like the material Telonics uses but most of my gear has the “carpet” on it. Whatever the manufacturer uses.
