How quaint. I meant, fascinating! (Honestly, I don't know how you can justify filing 5 string slots into a Recording King bridge.)
So getcha an adjustable saddle! Set the intonation while you're at it!
And getcha a guitar tuner. |

Wonder if he has a ce-ment pond?! Seems to me that the accent is part of his on-line persona, together with the overalls. And good for him! You need to distinguish yourself if you're going to get any attention amid thousands of youtubers.
His guitars look kinda cool. I could make 'em! _________________ Remington Steelmaster S8 w/ custom Steeltronics pickup. Vox MV-50 amplifier + an 1940's Oahu cab w/ 8" American Vintage speaker. J. He could make a killing doing Bar Mitzvahs! And, yeah--Doug's right, loads worse (like me yesterday). And, for the record, I have a New Jersey accent. We could have an interesting conversation! _________________ Remington Steelmaster S8 w/ custom Steeltronics pickup. Vox MV-50 amplifier + an 1940's Oahu cab w/ 8" American Vintage speaker. J. I'm going to agree with Doug also.
First.....he seems to be a nice guy.
Second....I'm not good enough to criticize anyone's playing or the way they talk.
Third.....I have also heard worse playing....in my music room.
Not too sure about my speech patterns.
He is also a common sight in Reverb.
He makes several types of folks instruments including quite a few lap steels.
I'm sure someone has found some joy in them. _________________ I have stuff.

Jethro's last name was Bodine. He lived with his Uncle Jed, who really wasn't his uncle.
His mother, Pearl Bodine, was Jed's cousin.

So was Ellie Mae really his sister?
Larry's right, of course, but when affectation becomes part of your act, it's open to critique.
Anyway, ya'll are correct, he has a good heart, and probably doing less damage than me. |

No. She was Jed's daughter.
