I don't know. I searched the internet for Cortz or Cortez Lap Steel Guitar and could find nothing, but it wouldn't surprise me. It's a basic instrument manufactured with standard 6-string electric guitar parts.
But for someone who wants a twin-necked lap steel without going for an antique quitar and spending a fortune, it's just the thing. As Jerry Byrd once said, "The tone is in the hands not the guitar."
