Presonus Tube Preamp Channel Strip for Recording or "live" rack. 12AX7 tube.
This is one excellent piece of gear, single rack, AC powered. Excellent in "LIKE NEW" condition
This has been in my Recording Rack on and off for a while, now thinning the collection to make room for other gear.
TUBE Studio Channel Strip with VU Meter , Parametric EQ and Compression.
-MONO
-Input Gain
-Tube Drive
-60HZ cutoff shelf (on/off)
-Variable Compression - with bypass
-Lo/Mid/Hi Parametric EQ with Mid Range Q - with bypass
-Overall Output level
-Signal Path - Comp > EQ or EQ > Compression
-Rear panel > 1/4 or XLR
If you are searching for a front end recording preamp that can deliver a very warm to very bright tones with full mid range control and a tad of compression ( on or off) , this is it.
The thing about tracking with a compressor ahead of the recorder is you don't want to hear it working but you do want to SEE it working. TAME those peaks.

Tony, if I didn’t have so much stuff that I already don’t understand, I’d pull the trigger on this... it is a great buy, and as far as I’m concerned PreSonus is Top Shelf stuff... I have a PreSonus FireStudio Project that I record through into a PreSonus Studio One 3 Professional... I love both of them and their Customer Service is excellent too.
You’ll have no trouble selling this... I’m surprised you still have it actually.
