These Reissues were built after the all pulls were being built right on up. When the Lashleys (Even before Sr. died) would get hold of some old push-pull bodies they would make a Reissue push-pull guitar with the up to date Le Grande pedals. I understand these were very good sounding guitars.

These were actually new bodies that were never used when they stopped making the push pull and they were aged and had a seasoned tone.

hmmmm, thanks Paul, that explains it then, because this guitar has the tone out of this world ... if people on here would realize what this guitar sounds like, it would’ve been gone long time ago ...

There were no push pulls built in the 90's. We built 5 or 6 in 89 after Ron ran across some endplates when moving from his house. These we're termed 25 anniversary models all built by me using newly built bodies. It was later in the 2000's after Ron Jr aquired the company that some reissues were built using whatever leftover bodies and parts could be found.

I have one identical to this that I bought from Lynn Stafford around 2007....it's my understanding mine was built in 2004. I love it and someone will be getting a great guitar when they buy this one.
