William,
I have a new StroboPlus HD in stock with bracket.

Get in touch with me and I will make you a great price.

Send me an email with your shipping info and I can get shipping costs.

Bill offered me a great deal on a new tuner but with the exchange rates, shipping and customs it was not worth it so I am still looking. Had I been in the states, I would have jumped on Bill's offer though !

Thanks !
