I've been meaning to thank Tommy Cass publically for some months now for his work on my two early 70's Emmons guitars, an S10 and a D10. His machine work is excellent- these guitars play exquisitely, sound like they should, look new under the hood, maintain tuning unlike any other guitars I've owned, and he sets them up to feel and perform just how you want.
The above is my S10- below is one of his projects with way too many knees for a human-

Could you please explain what appears to be a 'connecting piece' between the E9th Eb lever and what I assume is the C6th 4th string lower?
Appreciate your info - your 'under the hood work' is stupendous

If I am looking at the same spot you are.... it is just the cross shaft for the 5th pedal.
