I have not seen one of those, although Micro was a brand that made a lot of musical instrument parts, including woodwind repair kits.

It reminds me of the Nick Manoloff bars a bit.

I've got a NOS one that I bought off ebay a couple years ago. It came in a clear plastic tube with a metal screw on cap. About 2 7/8" X 11/16" and a little under 3 oz. No taper. A little bit light and smallish for me but it has that bakelite smoothness. I keep it as an emergency spare in my harmonica case. David is correct, Micro is most well known for woodwind repair parts: pads, corks, springs. I have one of their emergency repair kits in my sax case. They might still be in business but I'm pretty sure they don't carry lap steel bars anymore. Confused
