Classic '80s Boss pedal sound, it was made in Japan for a very brief period from 1985 - 1986, the DSD-2 remains a staple in many rigs.Operatesas a Digital Delay and a Sampler.

While the sampler section is only capable of recording 800mS, very short by today's standards, that didn't stop a number of players from leveraging this new scaled down sampler technology to create great textures. This compliment to the other Boss digital delays of the era uses the same delay chip as the famed DD-2 for crisp decays.
