Dekley 12 String

I have a Dekley 12 string 7 /6 for sale right now on the Forum.I would be curious to know if it might sell better if I were to covert it to a 4 pedal and 5 knee set up.

Interesting question in that I don't think I've ever seen a poll of 12 string players re: Universal or Ext E9. I truly have no idea if the conversion would make it more appealing. It surely is appealing to me (a Uni player) but my eyes are set on a modern guitar. Dekley reputation is strong.
