Does anyone know if Bentley steel are out of business?

I ordered two knee levers kits and paid for them 6 months ago. Every week since then I've been told "They have been shipped". But they are never delivered.

The past month I can't get any replies. For a while there, I was going to order a D10, but this bad customer service scared me away.
