A friend of mine has been offered one of these for $200. I have seen it, but I think the neck rod needs adjusting or it is starting to warp.
Any idea of a value on this one.?

Look at eBay "sold" listings.

But I wouldn't touch one with neck issues for even half that price. They're cheap guitars and if the neck is visibly warped I would not rely on a truss rod adjustment for a permanent fix.
