"Two Arms, Two Lips" - Teea Goans - Mike Johnson Intro

I discovered this cool Mike Johnson "ear twister" intro today and had to try to figure it out. It's from Teea Goans' song "Two Arms, Two Lips, Too Lonely, Too Long" and is off her "The Way I Remember It" CD. If you like traditional country, all of Teea's music is great and there's lots of Mike Johnson steel. The intro is a little tricky, especially up around the 15th fret. Hope it's close and feel free to post corrections.
NOTE: my G lever raises string 1 a full tone and string 2 a half-tone and the E lever lowers string 2 a half tone.
