Leg mounting brackets for Market Rite

I realize this is a long shot.....really long shot

Looking for 1 leg mounting bracket like theses pictured below

For an old 1970s Market Rite kit pedal steel made by Freeman Cowgar in Michigan

They are black plastic and the base is 1 3/4 inch square.

Before I fabricate something to mount the 4th leg thought I would give it a try here
