Hello, Steelers!
The Steel Guitar Club of Victoria, TX will have our monthly meeting on Sunday, January 28th, at 2:00 pm, at the Courtyard by Marriott at 8002 N. Navarro Victoria, TX 77904.
It's right behind the Victoria Mall, near the intersection of Navarro and Loop 463.
This month our featured player will be none other than Mr. Billy Phelps, head of the SETexas Steel Club. Billy will amaze you with his playing skills and vast knowledge of the steel guitar, not to mention his vocal talent.
It's free and open to the public. We'll have the coffee pot going and maybe even some cookies. We need steel players to come help us promote this beautiful music.

| Good looking group! I notice that Billy Phelps is playing a Mullen G2, and David Waters must have a dozen Telly's. He has a different one every time I see him. You are doing a good job, Randy! |

Thanks, Jim! We had a fun meeting. We only had 2 steels but had the largest listening audience that we have ever had! Thanks to all the players: David Waters, Larry Shoppe, Clint Herzer, and Billy and Patty Phelps. Special thanks to Mr. Arnold Parker for his rendition of “Don’t You Ever Get Tired of Hurting Meâ€. Thanks also to Lee Barber for the great pictures.
