PLEASE......NEED HELP.

I need to hook up my stereo steel.

Stereo steel R and L returns to ??
Stereo Steel R and L sends to ??

Peavey Delta Flex R and L audio outputs ??
Peavey Delta Flex R and L audio inputs ??

Low Z outputs on the Stereo Steel are they a line out for the sound guys like on a Peavey amp ??

David, this should work:

Stereo Steel R send to Peavey Delta Flex R audio input
Stereo Steel L send to Peavey Delta Flex L audio input
Stereo Steel R return to Peavey Delta Flex R audio output
Stereo Steel L return to Peavey Delta Flex L audio output

On the Low Z outputs:

Yes. You can plug your SS into a PA mixer using any standard XLR mic cable. Use 2 cables and 2 mixer channels for stereo and pan them L and R. When I've done this I just plug into one channel. Remember that the SS does not have a speaker cabinet simulator. To me the Low X output doesn't sound as good as a mic in front of one of the SS speakers. Another option is to use a cabinet simulator like this:
