Hi all,
Is there an existing thread on someone taking a converted D10 back to it's original specs by adding the C6 neck? I have a 70's Sho-Bud Professional that was once a D10 and is now just an E9 w/ pad. I'd like to get it back to what it once was- so I can start playing C6 and not have to buy another D10 guitar.
..Is this in the realm of possibility? Or would it be wiser to just save up for a new guitar with two necks? If there's another thread on this, please send me there and close this one up!!
Thanks for reading-

It's entirely doable, but by the time you buy all the parts, you might be better off with a stock D-10. Only thing that might save money is if someone converted from D-10 to S-10 with pad, and still has all their parts. _________________ Amateur Radio Operator NA4IT (Extra)

I may, in fact, be nuts. However, I am screwed onto the right bolt... Jesus! |

You could of course put on a C6 neck without pedals.... _________________ Amateur Radio Operator NA4IT (Extra)

Thanks, Scott. If I were to add a back neck, I'd want the pedals+levers available for use. Looks like I might have to buy another guitar..
