You can send the chassis back to Peavey for all repairs. They're fast and affordable, and you know it'll be right.

the title of the thread says rebuild , inside the post it says re-conditioned.

What exactly are you asking for or needing to be done ?

Sending it back to PV is always a good thing but there are plenty of excellent experienced tecky's hanging out on the forum as well.

First things first, whats wrong with the amp ? What issues is it experiencing ?

Toney i would like to have whole mother board renewed. is what i would like to do. All new caps. ext . and like John and Lane say, send it to Peavey would be the best option. i may try hit on Mike Brown to see what he may have to say.i would like to have it done closer to home by a Peavey tec.but so be it if i have to send it to Peavey.i just was not sure if i could still have one renewed .

Wayne, sending it to PV is the best thing for what you are wanting.

remove the chassis, box it up and send it on it's way . PV service is excellent.

I don't think Peavey will "recap" the amp. They will go through it and anything that is not right will be properly repaired but not a complete parts replacement.

Ken Fox was doing what you want with his "intense mod". He had ceased that part of his operation and I don't know if he has started up again or not.
