Meanwhile, across town, the morning after dating report sounded something like this: "He played his pedal steel for me. Just when I thought it might develop into something he went on and on and on about how Buddy did this really cool thing with the B and C pedals down and a 2nd string half-stop lower. I have no idea who this Buddy is and I swear the guy you set me up with is insane. I was home alone in bed by 9:00..NEVER AGAIN!"

When he got to the push/pull part she thought there might be hope, but alas, it was not to be. After 20 self-absorbed minutes of "A Way to Survive" she went home.

My sister went on a date with a French horn player. She said it all went well until the end of the evening. He walked her to her front door and when he kissed her goodnight... he tried to press his fist into her backside.
