Nice Peavey Special 130 with an upgraded Black Widow speaker. All filter and electrolytic capacitors replaced and IC Chips upgraded. Also, added a switch to allow channel switching without using a footswitch (not included). A standard TRS foot switch will still work however.

$150 plus shipping

Can anyone comment on this amp model? How does it compare to a NV 400 in tone and headroom and reverb quality?
How does it compare to the NV 1-12?
John

I have one that I put an Eminence light weight speaker in and it is now my go to amp when I play with a 7 piece band and need a little extra oomph and it does a great job! They seem to be more powerful than their 130 watt rating in my opinion...keeps up with my Nash. 400!
