I'm very excited about this last minute gig that we're putting together in NYC. Chuck is an awesome player (I don't use that term lightly) and I'm also very happy to be playing with Tony Garnier on bass (big time reunion!) fresh from his European tour with Bob Dylan and Diego Voglino on drums. A Pedal steel guitar rave up , oh man! Tuesday, May 16th. Would be so great to see pedal steel players and steel lovers see this once in a lifetime gig.

I would love to visit with my old friend Lucky but I'm afraid that parking is a big problem?

Yeah - take something - cab - whatever, or one of those parking garages in that part of the city - but don't let parking challenges prevent you from missing this show - sheesh!

I have seen the Campbell Brothers multiple times, and going on two years ago in San Francisco I saw them perform Coltrane's "A Love Suprene" at the SF Jazz Center. It was fantastic! It's usually a pain in the a$$ to park in San Francisco but It didn't keep me from driving the 65 miles each way from my place to see that performance.

Chuck and Lucky - this is a no-brainer.

Too bad I'm 3000 miles away...
