I recently came into ownership of a hilton volume pedal and of three adjustments on the underside what is "off point" and what do i do with it?

I didn't do anything with mine. I left at factory setup and perfectly fine. Some later models do not even have the adjustments, as most cases they aren't needed or people mis-adjust them and then blame the pedal for not working right.

What Jack said, I haven't found a need to adjust mine. BTW Roy, I have many friends in the Tahlequah / Lake Tenkiller area and visit a few times a year.
