I just learned that Pee Wee Clark, originally from Macon, GA has passed away in Australia. Pee Wee was admitted to the Australian Steel Guitar Hall of Fame in 2012

What a great album. The player contrast is amazing and some of Buddy's wild be-bopish (is that a word) solos are truly awesome. Pee Wee's smooth playing was just so cool.

| I met PeeWee a few times during the late 60's & early 70's when I performed on the Reg Lindsay TV Show. He was always a true gentleman & always helpful regarding my questions about the pedal steel. At the time he had a double neck Emmons push pull. As I recall MSA were the only all pull instruments that I was aware of at that time. |
