Not sure where to post this, but I just wanted to thank b0b for this great forum.

I just had a chance to check out Bobbe Seymores forum, and man...........Where is the content? I swear half of the posts are dogging on someone or some guitar builder. I have often thought that b0b was a little heavy handed in locking up threads that are nasty or demeaning. But I now see how quickly things can degenerate when they go unchecked.

Thanks b0b! There is room for lots of steel guitar discussion forums, but this this is the Big Daddy of em all!!!!!!!!!!!

Matt said,

You are sooooo correct.

Here is one more proof for ya:

I host a Christian chatroom on MSN. I am happy to say it has become very blessed by my precious Savior. So much so, that we have received world wide praise from soooo many members. And the phrases are mostly the same,

"This is the BEST chatroom, I have ever been in." AND some have said it, AFTER having been kicked out of the room! When they realized what most of the other rooms permitted!

And ya know what? If you think b0b is strict (and rightly so!), I don't even permit the word "damn". Along with many other things that are considered inappropriate for my type of room.

Why? Same reason b0b has rules. For without them, ALL forums, chatrooms, meetings, seminars, ad infinitym quickly degenerated into a suburb of hell on earth.

Case in point is the original category that b0b used to have on this very forum. It was a cesspool at times.

And so it goes....

Carl! You know better than to say "damn" here!

Thanks, everyone, for your support. Now I'm moving this to the "Feedback" section.
