Please clear up the different changers,and
Fullback and what years this took place.
I hear terms like wrap-around cut back but I don't know.

by "fullback" I think somebody meant "flatback" = no cut out on the inside apron.Made in 1972. I believe they're considered more rare. Perhaps a more rigid cab and .......better tone?, anyway...I like to think so cause I own one  Somebody will probably post a site with in this thread of various pics and discriptions of the different models.
btw...thats a hell of a deal for a flatback p/p in very good shape w/pack-a-seat in b+s.

Chuck, a lot of these changes flowed into each other and there was no definite "cutoff" point between most model changes. Most "fat-backs" were done between '70 and '74. But, you could also order the "cut-up" back during these years if you really wanted one. I love all P-P guitars, the fatbacks really get me though. Strong, great tone, good availability,Etc.

I have 2 '75 P/P's, one is White mica and has the full back, the other is Black Lacquer and has the cut back.

Changer is the "bolt on" type, as were
all the wood neck models in the 70's.
