Recently I discovered Billy Phelps' Full CIrcle Sound website. It has tons of practice tracks available as well as a few courses. He is to much of a nice guy and you should have a look.

I happily second Gary's recommendation. Billy Phelps is a super great guy and I've heard and played along with some of his tracks ... they're excellent and I'd definitely recommend his backing tracks. Smile

In addition to being one of the finest steel players I’ve ever heard, Billy is one of the greatest guys around and a wonderful asset to Houston's local steel players - myself included. Billy is the "prime mover' for the Southeast Texas Steel Guitar Club and really works hard to continually inspire regional amateur players.

It’s easy to understand how he holds a Texas Steel Guitar Player of the Year Award.

Besides being a great guy and steel player, he can sing his butt off.
Knocks me out.
